With responsibility for labor market and employment issues across the Pacific, Andrew brings multi-dimensional perspectives to engage government, the private sector, and civil society in the search to find solutions to difficult challenges. Prior to joining ADB, he held senior positions as a social development specialist at the World Bank and the Australian aid program in Washington DC and Manila.
