Antonio is a former ADB solar energy specialist. His responsibilities included development and implementation of project loans, mainly in India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. Prior to his stint at ADB, he worked on applied research and development solar energy projects at PSA, the largest European R&D center for concentrated solar technologies in Almeria, Spain.
