Bernard Hoekman is a CEPR Research Fellow; an associate of the UK Centre for Inclusive Trade Policy and has been a member of several World Economic Forum Councils. Prior to joining the EUI he was Director for International Trade at the World Bank. A graduate of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, he holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan.
