Brian Chin leads health sector operations and technical assistance in the Central and West Asia region. Prior to joining ADB in 2011, he held various positions in academia and worked in multilateral organizations such as UNICEF and the World Bank. He has also worked in South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. He has written several publications on various topics, including urban health, health systems, and health financing. He holds a PhD in demography from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from the Harvard School of Public Health.
