Cebele joined ADB in 2018, where she supports the Bank’s social sector portfolio in Central and West Asia. She has over a decade of experience coordinating with government officials, development agencies, and local partners to strengthen health systems and improve access to health services. Prior to joining ADB, Cebele worked in the private sector and at the Clinton Health Access Initiative to increase access to treatment for people living with HIV/AIDS. She holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Global Health Policy from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
