Ritchie is currently the Team Leader of the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction-funded technical assistance Promoting Smart Systems under the Urban Sector Group in ADB’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department. The technical assistance supports smart city projects in Suva, Fiji; Tbilisi, Georgia; Bandung, Indonesia; Mandalay, Myanmar; and Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It will be completed in December 2018.
