Ms. San Gabriel was part of ADB’s support team for fragile and conflict-affected situations since 2011. Prior to ADB, she also did consulting work for international organizations, government, NGOs and the private sector on research, training, and knowledge management. Ms. San Gabriel was also project manager in the Development Academy of the Philippines for communication programs on productivity. She has a master's degree in development communication from the University of the Philippines.
