With over 10 years of experience in renewable energy, especially bioenergy solutions, Ms. Zwebe has been based since 2001 in Hanoi, Viet Nam, where she is managing the renewable energy portfolio of SNV, the Netherlands Development Organization. Ms. Zwebe has a passion for renewable energy and sustainable development, operating from an industrial engineering perspective and focusing on technology transfer and capacity building. She is Team Leader for an ADB project to harness climate change mitigation initiatives to benefit women in Cambodia, the Lao PDR and Viet Nam since June 2015.
