David is an Economics Officer at the macroeconomics research unit of the ADB. He works on the Asian Development Outlook and his research interests include macroeconomics, monetary policy, and development economics. Prior to joining the ADB in 2020, David was a research assistant at the IMF in Washington, DC. He holds an MPA in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University.
