David covers private sector infrastructure finance in the South Caucasus, working in projects on renewable energy, transport, affordable housing, water utilities, and green bonds. Since 2018, David has been outposted to the Georgia Resident Mission. He joined ADB in 2013 from Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA), where he worked in Hong Kong and Madrid in the structured finance and investment banking teams. Prior to that, David worked for UNIDO-ITPO. David holds a B.A. from Connecticut College and Masters of Science from the University of Oxford.
