Douglas provides technical input and quality assurance to impact evaluations, systematic reviews, evidence gap maps, and replication studies, and supports members in strengthening organizational research capacity and evidence-informed decision-making. In prior roles, Douglas served as an advisor to the Fiji Ministry of Health and Medical Services for strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning. He has a PhD in Health Systems from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
