
Asia is (Cautiously) Getting Back to Business
Governments and the private sector are working together in Asia and the Pacific to chart a path toward re-opening businesses during the midst of the pandemic.
Dulce joined ADB in 2007 as the Knowledge Management Officer at the Regional and Sustainable Development Department. In 2008 she transferred to the Philippines Country Office as the Programs Officer and in 2012 joined the programming and economics team of the front office of SERD as a Senior Results Management Officer. She is now with the Regional Cooperation and Operations Coordination Division, SERC since 2016, where she is part of the team guiding country teams in producing quality Asian Development Outlook country chapters, country performance assessments, country partnership strategies and country operations business plans. Prior to this, she worked as the Assistant Vice President for the Land Bank of the Philippines. Dulce has a B.S. in Economics and an M.A. in Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
