Eleanor Bacani's recent work focuses on green economy transition, social protection, gender and urban development. As a consultant, she has worked in Asia, Latin America and Caribbean, and Western Asia. Eleanor previously served as an economist for the Rhode Island Office of Management and Budget, USA. Eleanor holds a bachelor in Agricultural Economics from University of the Philippines Los Banos, an MS in Resource Economics and Policy from University of Maine, and an MS in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from London School of Economics.
