Gabriella is an economist and infrastructure specialist managing a portfolio of projects in Asia-Pacific and South Asia aimed to deliver sustainable development with improved access to services for citizen and users. In recent years she has led work in the Pacific Islands in transports and was co-author of the ADB Trade and Maritime Trends in the Pacific.
