Glo Anne managed NGOC’s knowledge sharing and creation while supporting the unit's communications efforts as well. She was also the communication focal for NGOC's Youth for Asia initiative. Glo Anne’s other fields of experience cover civil society research, development finance, youth participation, policy and engagement, development consulting, and stakeholder analysis.
