Gordon Keller

Geotechnical Engineer

Gorden Keller has worked as a Project or Program Manager on numerous units of the U.S. Forest Service throughout his working career since 1972 until he retired late in 2011 and now works as a private consultant. He received a BS in Civil Engineering from UCLA in 1968, served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for two years, and then received a MS in Geotechnical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley in 1972. He is currently licensed both as a Civil Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer in the State of California. He specializes in low-volume roads engineering, environmental mitigations for roads, and climate resiliency for roads. He has conducted low-volume roads engineering best practices training worldwide over the past 25 years.
