Graham has worked on communications for ADB in various parts of the world, including South Asia, the People’s Republic of China, and Mongolia. He has also served in a communications capacity at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C., the Global Green Growth Institute in Seoul, and the World Health Organization office in Manila. Before working in the public sector, he was a journalist posted in London, Tokyo, Manila, and Hong Kong, China.
