Irene has advised ADB on numerous online communications initiatives since 2009, and currently supports the Gender Equity Thematic Group. Before moving to Asia, she was a strategic communications and branding consultant for multinationals, the private sector, cultural institutions, and civil society organizations in Europe and the United States for 20 years. She works pro-bono to offer yoga therapy to female survivors of trauma, and  facilitate health and well-being programs for disadvantaged women in technical vocational education and training NGOs in Cambodia.
