Dr. Kim's professional background includes positions at the WHO Western Pacific Regional Office in Health Systems and Services, where he worked as a Technical Officer. His career encompasses roles with the World Health Organization, various government agencies, consulting firms, non-governmental organizations, and academic institutions. Dr. Kim holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science & ecological engineering from Korea University, a doctorate in Korean medicine from Pusan National University, a master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a PhD. in Public Health from Kyung Hee University.
