Mike's work includes the identification, development and implementation of ADB’S investments in energy infrastructure in Pacific developing member countries. Prior to joining ADB, he served with USAID in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, designing and managing energy-sector reform programs, sector privatizations and greenfield generation investments, and cross-border cooperation and trade in water and energy.
