Jean has worked in international development in the safeguards sector for 30 years. She has worked extensively in southeast Asia, central west Asia, eastern Europe and the Pacific. Jean joined ADB in 2012 after working as a freelance consultant for 12 years and for an engineering firm for 10 years before that. Jean is part of the PARD family and is passionate about the Pacific.
