Jessica leads Hystra’s efforts on agriculture and smallholder farmers, among others. She spent the first half of her carrier in developing countries, mostly serving public and non-profit institutions, such as the UNDP, Action contre la Faim, IOM, OSCE, and the Swiss Foreign and Economic Affairs Ministries. She then switched to the private sector, working for McKinsey & Co. as a Project Manager and for a Vietnam-decided asset management company as Managing Director.
