Bai Jie processes and implements loans, TAs and non-lending products and services in the urban sector, with a focus on innovative urban infrastructure and services and urban environmental improvement. She has also played an active role in the emerging elderly care operation. Prior to joining ADB, Bai Jie worked as an urban planner and designer in PRC and USA, with eight-year experience in a wide range of public and private sector projects. She holds a master’s degree in city Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in architecture from Tsinghua University.
