Juzhong joined Asian Development Bank in 1997, and was a Senior Economic Advisor working in the Economics and Research Department. From 1992 to 1997, he was a research officer of the Development Economics Research Program at the London School of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Manchester.
