Keiichi has over three decades of experience in urban development. For the last several years he has been working on urban, water supply, urban transport and tourism projects in South Asia, in particular in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. Keiichi started his career at the Osaka City Government, and then worked for the World Bank on the Indonesia urban team.
