Lead Regional Cooperation and Integration (RCI) Specialist, ADB South Asia Department

Dongxiang leads ADB’s support to the Asian Think Tanks Network (ATTN) and the Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum, among other external and internal knowledge sharing and networking activities. He has over 30 years of experience in development finance, project management, regional cooperation and integration, public-private-partnership, and research and knowledge management. He initiated PRC-ADB Knowledge Sharing Platform and the ATTN with ADB colleagues. Dongxiang has developed methodologies for enhancing systematic cross-project learning at ADB, and published prototype knowledge products from ADB’s operations. Prior to joining ADB, he was Director of the ADB Division in the PRC Ministry of Finance, and Advisor in the World Bank’s PRC Office.
