Lourdes enjoys being a development communicator and working with experts from other fields to design and carry out communication strategies. She honed her skills in working with the youth while serving as facilitator for the University of the Philippines Los Baños’ flagship volunteer program. She also served as the Knowledge Management Specialist for ADB projects related to climate change, sustainable natural resource and rural infrastructure planning and management, and water supply and sanitation.
