Malika works in ADB's Gender Equity Thematic Group. She has many years of experience in mainstreaming gender into programs and projects in transport, urban infrastructure, energy, education and health. Before joining ADB she worked as consultant in the Central and East Asia Countries, designing and implementing programs and projects on poverty reducation, gender equality, education, and social protection.
