Mel Lorenzo Accad is a consultant on the International Comparison Program (ICP) for Asia and the Pacific at the Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department of the Asian Development Bank. Previously, Mel Lorenzo worked on public finance economic research projects for the Philippine country offices of UNDP and World Bank. He is currently in the Ph.D. economics program at the University of Hawaii and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in economics from the University of the Philippines.
