Micah Nazal specializes in development communications in the fields of gender equality, climate change, and disaster risk management. Prior to joining ADB as a consultant, she worked in the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute, COVID-19 Pandemic Response Team, and in a government early warning system project. She has a master's degree in public policy and program administration.
