Mitali advises ADB’s India Resident Mission and supports the Economics team in undertaking in-depth socio-economic studies to aid knowledge and operational work in India. She has worked on economic corridors, strengthening micro and small business development, skill development, and social protection programs at ADB. Mitali also has extensive research experience on women’s labour market issues and their drivers in India.
