Muhammad is a civil engineer with 30-year experience. Prior to joining ADB, he designed, supervised and delivered projects as contractors and consultant. A seasoned project manager in infrastructure projects mostly in transport and energy, Muhammad has structured and delivered unsolicited and solicited public-private partnership infrastructure projects.
