Murat is passionate about development results and works on improving results management practices at the project, country and corporate levels. Prior to joining ADB in March 2018, he was with the results management and country strategy team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, UK. He started his career in his native Kazakhstan by conducting sector analysis and project appraisal during stints at a sub-regional development bank and a think-tank.
