Natasha leads ADB’s activities in corporate social responsibility, with a special focus on reducing ADB’s carbon footprint, staff engagement, and governance. With 25 years of experience in engaging government and industry bodies for policy and technology improvements in the infrastructure sector, she is Deputy Coordinator of the Cross Border Transport and Logistics Advisory Team. In an earlier role, Ms. Davis led ADB’s Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Program in transport, trade, and trade policy, and supervised road construction projects. Prior to joining ADB, she was Facility Manager of the Philippine Australia Governance Facility and a consultant for the Australian Government. She is currently the Chair of the Staff Council in ADB.
