Nathan has worked on climate change policy, economics, and science for over 12 years. Prior to joining ADB, he was Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Climate Research in Oslo and Senior Analyst at the mining firm Rio Tinto in London. In ADB's Central and West Asia Regional Department, Nathan administers and develops adaptation projects primarily in the water resources sector, and leads the department's climate change risk management processes.
