Ms. Mohanty oversees Climate Technology Centre & Network operations in the region. Before joining UNEP, she was involved in various activities pertaining to energy access, smart grid and micro-grid, LED based lighting, renewable energy technology assessment, business model development, implementation, training and capacity building in solar and other renewable energy technologies. Ms. Mohanty has also led few scoping missions under ADB’s Energy for All initiative on smart mini/micro-grids in East Asia.
