Dr. Osti has been working on water-related projects at ADB’s East Asia Department since 2015. Prior to his current role, he worked as a consultant for some of ADB’s and World Bank’s South Asia, South-East Asia, and East Asia projects. He also served in various capacities for the United Nations and affiliated agencies. He has over 20 years of working experience in the field of water resources management in Asia and Pacific region.
