As developing countries in Asia and the Pacific rebound from the pandemic, public-private partnerships can be an important tool to expand opportunities and improve quality of life, especially for women and girls.
Radhika has twenty years of experience working as an international gender expert, and has been the Social and Gender Specialist for the Office of Markets Development and PPP since mid-2020. In her role she works with teams to identify gender actions in all of OMDP’s transactions and projects. Prior to joining ADB, Radhika worked with the United Nations Development Programme as their Regional Gender Specialist in Asia Pacific, and has also worked with several other UN offices, think tanks and private sector.
