Rebekah is a Social Development Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She provides project operations with technical support on social safeguards (involuntary resettlement and indigenous peoples) and social development (gender, poverty alleviation and core labor standards) in the Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture sector of ADB’s South Asia Department. Rebekah holds a Ph.D. in forced migration studies from the University of Queensland (UQ), Australia.
