Richard is a highly experienced tax professional, having worked at very senior levels of the Australian Taxation Office and in the fiscal areas of two major international organizations (IMF and OECD). Through his work over the last 25 years, he has acquired extensive knowledge of tax policy, technical and administration issues across many developed and developing countries.
