Rocky is an environmental lawyer and policy specialist with extensive background on oceans issues. He has held positions in various non-profits where he led campaigns from fisheries management and marine conservation, to ending environmental crime and strengthening the rule of law. Rocky is a Master of Environmental Policy candidate at Duke University and is the Deputy Director of the Asian Research Institute for Environmental Law.
