Rose works with the Secretariat of ADB's South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation (SASEC) Program. She is responsible for ADB’s trade facilitation program in Bhutan, and also leads subregional SASEC initiatives in customs valuation, and sanitary/phytosanitary and technical barriers to trade in South Asia. Rose previously worked with the Secretariat of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Program, focusing on development effectiveness and results delivery.
