Mr. Tukuafu lead ADB operations to support Cambodia’s development goals of promoting inclusive growth and diversifying the economy. Previously he was Principal Economist in the Southeast Asia Regional Department. Mr. Tukuafu has held senior positions in the public and private sectors for over 30 years, and prior to ADB was Deputy Governor of the National Reserve Bank of Tonga.
