Mr. Tumiwa, has over 30 years of professional experience in international development and strategic partnerships, including 20 years in ADB. He joined ADB in 2001 as Renewable Energy Specialist and has since worked under various divisions, most notably developing ADB’s clean energy program and serving as Afghanistan Resident Mission Country Director from 2017-2019. He is currently Advisor and Chief of Fragile and Conflict-Affected Situations in SDCC. He holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Ohio University.
