Seung-Min focuses on financial sector development in the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia. His work includes projects on the development of microfinance, small and medium-sized enterprise finance, agricultural finance, energy efficiency finance, climate change finance and capital markets. Before joining ADB, he worked in Kookmin Bank in Seoul, Republic of Korea, as a fixed income portfolio and fund manager.
