Suman supports ADB’s work in Nepal on gender and social inclusion, providing inputs on project processing and implementation, as well as gender capacity development of the government’s executing and implementing agencies. Prior to joining ADB, she served as gender and social inclusion specialist in projects carried out by several multinational and bilateral development agencies in Nepal.
