Swapna is a development sector professional with a broad work history in gender responsive public finance management, policy research, sustainable development, and gender capacity building. With a regional and multi country experience, she has delivered effective services across Bangladesh, Bhutan, Georgia, India, Kosovo, Lao PDR, Mynmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United States of America and the Pacific Region to a diverse set of clients including Asian Development Bank and UN agencies. She has led and authored several publications under the UN banner. She holds a Master’s in Political Science and International Relations and Doctorate in Political Science.
