Theo is responsible for providing research, consulting services, designing and preparing project feasibility studies, projects implementation, evaluations, developing policies, and interpreting policies into best practice approaches. She has extensive experience working with international organizations, and has implemented over 20 projects in Lao PDR since 1997. Theo has organized many workshops and training seminars for international organizations and the Lao government on gender mainstreaming and integrating gender into project activities. She has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to development work by the Governor of Luang Prabang Province.
