Tina Cuyugan 

Communications Consultant and Writer, ADB

Tina has worked for the Asian Development Bank and World Health Organization, and on projects funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Her assignments over the past 25 years have focused on health systems, climate change preparedness, regional integration, post-conflict recovery, and economic development and policy, among others. She has designed multi-country communication campaigns for USAID's Pacific-American Climate Fund and ADB's East ASEAN Growth Area initiative.

She holds an MPhil in Publishing Studies from the University of Stirling in the U.K. and has been the recipient of a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship in International Relations from the U.S. Department of State.
