Yoji Morishita is currently leading and supervising ADB’s operations of PPP and transaction advisory services at OPPP, which was established on 1 September 2014. Before ADB, he was Managing Director and Country Head of Global Banking in Standard Chartered Bank Tokyo Branch, and was Japan country manager & CEO at ING Bank, Citibank in Japan and New York and also at Export-Import Bank of Japan, former JBIC, and started his business career with Kobe Steel, Ltd. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics at Kyushu University, Japan and his MBA as well as MS in Environmental Management Policy at Rensselaer Polytechnic, USA.
